Remember Me is really good on Legion, I've been able to juggle both Exits and stop them both from opening. I go to one Exit and FF them then go to the other Exit and FF them, hook one and then run all the way back to the other Exit and smack them down.

Some time after I made this guide I reached the red ranks and I put Surveillance in the "Choose your own perk slot". I now seem to almost always rank up as I prioritize controlling generators above everything else.
You want a free unhook? Go get it, I don't care.
You gonna run away to a loop? Okay, have fun!
You gonna touch my generators? LEGION GONNA GIVE IT TO YA.

Is legion a good killer? (honest question im kinda new)

Legion is an okay killer, honestly. They can be good when played right, just don't always expect lots of kills.

Ooh nice, I like that, whenever the next 2x Bloodpoint weekend comes I'm going to P3 my Legion and when I get perk I'll def use it, that's nasty good gameplay right there I love it.

I was thinking about unlocking him becouse he seems kinda easy too play, but i think im going for hag becouse of Ruin...

Legion and Hag are actually closer than you'd think. The difference is that Legion's power helps him make sure that NOBODY is lurking by his generators while the Hag's power helps her move around, provided survivors trigger the traps. Both killers excel at holding a position and denying repairs in an area.

I'd say legion is lower mid tier

They're not close what drugs are you on? Hag is the 4th best killer almost as strong as Billy and Legion is towards the bottom. Legion can't even compare to Hag. But in terms of how they use their power, they're pretty similar but different in terms of which is more effective.

When I said that The Hag and The Legion were close I was referring to their stats.
Both have a 110% movement speed
Both excel at controlling generators
Both are superior in loops than most (Hag's Traps and Feral Frenzy)

With certain perks and add-ons he become good to broken. Without any decent perks or any add-ons, he's garbage.

I agree he is broken with the right addons but probably not in the way you are talking about.
Without addons he is terrible. Yes he can chase and tunnel you all day for guaranteed downs with frenzy, however doing so takes enough time that after the second hook if the survivors are competent the gens will be done and the gates opened before you can down them again.
With Frank's mixtape legion isn't overpowered, high tier sure but not OP.
However he IS broken. This is because he can still gen guaranteed downs. And since they are now much faster you can turn those into guaranteed kills. Repeat on another person or 2 and you've guaranteed at least a 2k with no skill required. This means that if you win as survivor comes down to luck rather than skill while winning as legion is still only influenced by survivor mistakes that let you get a 3 or 4k instead of "just" a 2k. This makes him terrible for everyone this broken
