Im gonna guess some really rough translation happened here.
But no, the Lament Configuration, AKA Pinhead's box is no longer affected by Hoarder or Franklin's Demise, the same applies to all killer items, like Wesker's Aid Sprays, Nemesis's Vaccines or Sadako's tapes.

It was 100% broken there is a reason why even in comp play hoarder/franklins were perma banned on pinhead. There wasn't really anything you can do to solve the cube unless it's a massive map and you have good rng.

I'm gonna guess you're talking about Hell Priest(Pinhead) and being able to find the Lament Configuration with the perk Hoarder.
You can no longer use Hoarder to know when a survivor has picked up the Lament Configuration

It was super broken since you could add some range to your power and on a lot of maps guarantee stopping the cube before it's solved

I wouldn’t say it was broken, nor was Pinhead the main reason for the change.
The main reason Hoarder was changed was so it wouldn’t affect Singularity’s EMP.
