"Knock them down for me" - how to do "Expose" with invitations?

Title. What do I need to do? I know Invitations can break pallets and endure stun(?), but what needs to be done for that challenge? Or where to find info?
Any help appreciated.

You need to gain blood lust 1 before you can apply the exposed effect.

So, I need to chase for 15 seconds with invitation in hand?

Yes, when you have a charge and gain bl 1 the survivor will start to glow.
