Pallet Bug on RPD

I am playing on PC Steam. On RPD East Wing there were a few pallets laying around. Some of them my survivors did not throw, some of them I had already destroyed. I first noticed while in chase, because the Yui was running against the pallet and wasn't able to vault. Right after I realised that I am not able to destroy it. It had the collision as per usual but there was no way for me to make it disappear. I did a custom match on the same map with bots and did have the same problem with 3 pallets. Then I redid it and again, 5 pallets but not the same ones as before. I have a recording from the tiger room east wing upstairs.
