Normally, they drop PTBs around 11 AM EST.
They said sometime before the end of week though. It might be that they wanted to be vague in case something bad happens but I am not too sure.
Generally, some streamers would earn bloodpoints to pour into the new killer before he/she comes out but I haven't seen them doing that too.
I hope it is today, any delay will delay the chapter release too.

They are very vague when it comes to giving dates / times - I'm assuming it's in the event something goes wrong. Nonetheless, I'd expect the PTB live at 11AM EST.
I'm also sure they don't work weekends so surely they'd want the majority of the week to monitor the PTB feedback.

They brought up some of the Fog Whispers to their office... I remember being in one of their streams when they mentioned something about tuesday doing a streaming thing...
So I'm guessing...
BHVR is gonna drop the PTB and it will be a play with the Fog Whispers event going on aswell... Otherwise what is the point of bring them up there.. to tell them about some info they could have email to them?... Seems like allot of money to spend to bring up some people and tell them some secrets then send them packing.

I'm hoping it comes today. They have a good amount of the week then still to monitor the ptb before the weekend. They also flew a bunch of fog whisperers over whom I'm guessing will be playing some of the ptb on stream with the devs.

I'd say it'd be today, afterall they'll want to monitor the PTB for a while before release with how much changes there is in terms of the killer's powers and the new DS changes and something to do with totems.
I'd expect they'd release today and have a week worth of feedback but that's assuming the DLC is released on the 12th.
