Boil over rework
instead of 33% progression when killer falls from a height, how about 30% progression if the killer hits a survivor? This way its actually preventable

Hmmm... this has an issue with players body blocking the hook. It takes skill and timing to do, but this makes doing that waaaaaaaay stronger for survivors.
Adding this means a killer is better off slugging, because you can't risk someone coming up to mess with your hook.
Between watching for flashlight angles, looking out for pallet saves, body blocking, saboing your hook, DS vs. Tunneling, etc, this becomes a little too stacked against the killer

uh no that makes it 100% worse, its only swfs who abuse boil over. now they'll be taking hits and you'll never get a hook
