How can you enable so that is shows your prestiges and your perk loadout in the lobby?

I have seen a lot of people that have their number of prestiges visible at the top left of the screen and their loadout on the right when they are in a lobby or searching for a match. I don't have this feature, is there any way to enable it? it looks cool

    It seems some people got it through an unnumbered update, and I don't remember BHVR acknowledging this disparity.
