Since I haven't seen a change in the patch notes, that is either a bug or you happened to have Rancor prompt in addition to NOED.

I had a match that Kate finished the last Gen, then Exposed status showed with Hex:Noed. 2 second later Wesker M2 injured Bill and down him.
I remember that I waited for the match to end, and he had Noed, not Rancor. Half a min later, a Hex was cleansed and Exposed was removed.

Ya, a lot of times I see it right after the five gens are done and no hit has been done. Good times hehe.

Does the totem still reveal itself at that point? That'd be an extra problem if it does.

Someone else cleansed it, I wasnt in range to see the totem's aura.
Someone tested it and showed that after they done the last Gen, Exposed status didnt show. It may be a bug or something (?)

Weird, haven't had it happen to me. It shows the Exposed when someone is hit, just like always.

Noed will pop up because of a special attack as well
Pretty sure he just got grabbed which popped it up, but Id have to do some testing myself

Odd, NOED's seemed normal when I run into it.

to my memory, I remember I had Exposed status the moment Kate done the last gen, then 2sec later Wesker down/grab Bill.
The status did show Exposed and Hex:Noed at the same time, with the sound too. Right after Kate done the last Gen.
