Sometimes Less do be actually more.
Killers are way to overpowered compared to the old days. Most of them have a big a f hit box, nearly every perk includes locking all windows or palettes, seeing the survivors aura like every second. Boba’s Chainsaw attack is like 20 seconds, and all killers do get special powers to actually one hit you. DBD really turned wayyyyy to pro-killer sided

What game are you talking about? Because in DBD the killer's hitbox is mostly a non-issue. There are like 4 perks that actually block pallets and / or windows and 2 of them are Hex totems. Aura vision is mostly a non-factor in loops because a killer cannot reliable trigger it (besides I'm All Ears with its massive cooldown), so really all it does is help the killer get into the next chase quicker.
Bubba's chainsaw by default only lasts 2 seconds per charge. That is nowhere near 20 seconds. And most killers don't have insta down powers. And the ones that do, mostly have to do quite a lot for it. Like Bubba or Billy having to actually hit you with their chainsaws and Myers and Ghostface having to stalk survivors beforehand.

Killers aren't stronger than they were in the old days. The strongest killers are literally killers from the "old days" while newer killers are orders of magnitude weaker.
Almost every killer's hitbox is normalized to be about the same which is larger than survivor. The hitboxes of survivors are also a fair bit larger than there actual character models and always have been. Basic attack hit boxes for killers are definitely normalized to being the same you only really see variations in the m2 attacks.
Skimming the wiki there seems to only be 4 perks that block windows and/or pallets. Killers do have a lot of aura reading perks, but so does survivor and survivor's aura reading is less conditional than killers.
Bubba's Saw doesn't last anywhere near 20 seconds. Each charge gives him 2 seconds of his saw actively being a threat and at base he has 3 of them so that means he can saw for 6 seconds assuming you don't mess up the timing of using your charges. The most amount of time he can continuously swipe with his saw is 8 seconds before he's forced to stop.
Most killer don't have instadown potential base kit. Some killers don't even have powers that are capable of downing someone at all. A few have instadown via addons that also greatly cripple the utility of their power.
The game's probably the most evenly balanced it has been currently as it doesn't really favor either side very strongly across the board.

I mean while I don’t agree with the OP I have to say that Shape and Ghost Face don’t really have to work that hard for their exposure. They can fill those meters up really quickly. Ghost Face can get revealed but that won’t negate his stalking meter - only temporarily disable his power.

Is this bait?

So first of all you shouldnt compare killer poweres to old days, because you shouldnt look only to one side. SUrvivors today also have changed massivly throughout the years. If Killers would be designed like the did in the early days the Killrate would be 20% and looking to Perks the survivors have totaly the upperhand. Windows, Made for this....
I think at the moment 60% of the killers needs a buff, rework, Addon changes etc.

That's their entire power though it isn't like they have anything else to fall back on or do power wise. That's sort of the problem with being an old school slasher villain, most of them were just guy with knife who somehow never gets caught knifing. Ghostface was at least sneaky which translated into having an active stealth power, but Myers just exists as a 7 foot tall dude in a bleached William Shatner mask and blue overalls who someone despite all this working against him is the single stealthiest human being to exist in the Halloween universe. Myers gave us not a lot to work with, but ultimately that made him perfect. He is the ultimate guy with knife and his power is to stab real hard. There isn't much else you could give him.

I mean I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with their powers. I’m just responding…. Getting exposed with those two is pretty easy imo I’d say it’s even easier for Michael and he has an add-on that will keep everyone exposed for the rest of the match.

You clearly dont understand killer if your saying its killer sided

But they both invest time in stalking that they would otherwise use to chase. Not to mention that this is literally the only thing that makes their powers somewhat viable. Imagine, if they both didn't have the ability to expose survivors. They would easily drop to be the worst killers in the game.

I’d say for GF the stealth aspect is his greatest strength. He can eliminate chases altogether if he plays his cards right. Once again, however, I’m not claiming they’re broken or anything I’m just pointing out it’s easy for them to expose which is a very strong mechanic in and of itself.
