Open handed should affect boon range
Nothing really furthers boon ranges, I think it would be interesting if open handed could also increase the range of boobs (considering its a bad perk anyways and this may give it a bit of usefulness to it and boon perks)

I don't think a perk that increases the range of auras should also increase the range of tangible effective buffs and special effects such as boons.
But a new Boon support perk would be cool, similar to how Undying and Thrill are Hex support perks

Open handed isn't a bad perk at all. It's amazing on certain builds. Bond, kindred, windows of opportunity and a skeleton key with blood amber and prayer beads. It's a solid build!
It also affects your teammates. As a bond user I love getting teammates with open handed. It's so helpful.
