No changes to the emps?
With the rift coming for the singularity i was hoping for changes on emp but seems not do we have another forgotten killer?

No, the new killer is completely useless compared to Blight or Nurse, it could be fine if it were easier to play. But its the case of big effort for medium gain, you might as well play something simpler, or same difficulty but much better reward

Unfortunately they're still very readily available. Which is cool, because without them being as strong as they are Meatball Larry would be genuinely one of if not the best killer in the game before Add-Ons.
One change I feel like they really should do is stop the EMPs fully self printing. They'll go to 85/90%, changing aura colour as they do so, but then someone has to physically take the time to get off gens and finish printing it. And if that's too strong, they could revert some of the other nerfs, but I don't think it would be.

Claiming Singularity is "forgotten killer" is a pretty bold claim when the killer got adjustements in EVERY of the last patches.
It all comes down to how much you can pressure the survivors. If you are already struggling, then nearly every survivor will have an EMPM ready, sure. But if you can keep them really busy with chasing, healing, unhooking etc., they won't have time to fetch EMPs repeatedly.

EMPs not fully self printing sounds like a very reasonable suggestion, would make it near impossible to fetch an EMP during chase. But I also think that some of the nerfs would have to be reverted. Maybe increasing the number of printers again to 5 or 6.

That's a really good suggestion. I think it would also be good if there was a delay between a survivor being hit with a pod and the time they can use an emp. Right now they just hold the emp until they get hit then they use it before the second shot comes and get to remove their pin and take out the stationary biopod as well.

I don't have a big issue with EMP's at the moment on Singularity - If someone is following me I purposely try to bait out an EMP by throwing a biopod randomly in chase and then once it's EMP'd I just immediately destroy it. If it was a Biopod I'm using I just reset it if I have a split second to. As for survivors using EMP to remove the slipstream it can be kind of cumbersome at times but personally my bigger issues with the killer are all quality of life stuff.
The only thing I really want on Singularity is for the distance restriction with Biopod placement and windows to be reduced. Super annoying on some maps.

I'm surprised at people constantly saying Singularity is weak... I don't own him as I haven't unlocked him yet, but every streamer I see seems pretty nasty on him, and playing against him, I find it really challenging as a solo to keep ahead of him. He seems high skill, high reward far as I can tell.
More often than not I'm trying to get the most value out of my EMPs as possible, removing my infection while also hitting another survivor or a pod. This naturally causes me to waste time trying to find good times to use my EMP. If he has a pod placed with good vision over a gen, I don't really want to blow an EMP to disable the pod cause it doesn't disable it long enough to finish the gen, but even if I do, he can still see me, and manually come over to interrupt me... he has decent 3 gen potential just from his ability to monitor whenever he likes.
The infection and lock on tends to also introduce gen slow down, as you don't want sit still when the reticle pops on you. I don't believe you can pop your EMP before he charges his TP, so just tapping a survivor with it is off-putting and making the decision to go back to that gen can get a EMP blown, only for you to rush there yourself.
What nails me more often than not, is once I'm infected, once he gets close, he chases after me and it feels like he has a machine gun arm trying to shoot me for his TP and rush, and getting away at that point is likely not happening... both pallets and windows don't do bugger all xD
I have fun vs. The Singularity, I've played against a few that seemed pretty oppressive, constantly causing me and my team issues... but in fairness... I'm probably just bad xD

That sounds like a nice QOL but I don't want to make Larry instantly overbearing. I'd rather they add single things at a time, give it until the next patch, and then see how it's going. If it's too good then remove some of the other EMP nerfs, if it's not enough then add a little bit more.
I don't want him going from weak to too op within a split second, because that sounds like a recipe for disaster tbh.

emp only cleanse yourself not others for example but disconect cameras.
