Am I the only one who thinks brand new part is better now
All I ever hear from other people before the change is that bnp is gonna be terrible and they’re using them all up before the change, o personally think it’s way better than it was before, sure you used to get more progress than what it is now but that was temporary progress, this is permanent progress, also a good way to stop 3 gening killers if you’re able to get multiple bnp on one gen, lowering it to 50 charges, that’s literally half a gen, people are crazy to think this is a nerf

It's objectively worse (and that's a good thing). 4 BNPs on a generator would finish it entirely before.
The fact that the progress is permanent is a nice change that stops it from being just a flat nerf. It has the bonus of countering regression perks, but in terms of progression earned, it's worse.

It's 5 seconds less saved than old BNP. Otz ran the numbers and tested it in-game - it's not even that substantial of a nerf, and the progress is permanent and can't be kicked away or regressed.

Yes, and that’s good if you’re trying to just flat out get a gen done early, but against 3 gen’ing killers the new bnp is way more powerful, couple it with deja vu and see where the closest 3 gen is at the start of the match and install your bnps onto one of them is way more powerful than old bnp could ever do, imo it’s a buff since there’s always a chance you could flat out lose your bnp progression if the killer comes to you first
