If license restrictions didn't exist: all of his movie outfits
Realistically however: None of them because the license is for Nic Cage and his own clothing only, every movie outfit he's ever worn is owned by other companies and isn't possible to include.

I wouldn't say it's not possible, but it may require juggling multiple license deals and that may price it out of the typical model. Ultimately depends on how much these movie license holders want for them.
Mandy for example is owned by RLJE Films, who distribute a load of niche horror, including other Nick Cage films like Color out of Space, Prisoners of the Ghostland and Sympathy for the Devil. All films that definitely match the DBD vibe.
If they ever got a deal with them, something similar to the Crypt TV deal they had, then it could easily include new skins for Nick.

I think devs confirmed that will never be outfits from his roles, instead it will always be outfits he wears during movies premieres.

Thing is, it is legally impossible for the Nic Cage Survivor to have it, because the contract is solely between bhvr and Nic Cage, they cannot just add another third party into the contract all of the sudden.
If they ever make a deal with any of the companies that owns the outfits, those outfits are not gonna go to the Nic Cage Survivor simply because they contractually cannot because once again, the contract bhvr has is with Nic Cage only. Same reason why you don't see Young Ash coming into the game as a skin for the Ash we have in-game already, the license isn't covered by it and as long as it isn't covered by it, it cannot legally happen.
If we ever were to get any of cage's movie outfits, the more realistic outcome would be as it's own seperate character that might also have Cage's likeness to it as well, same case as well for Young Ash should we ever get him.
What Mathiue Cote said during his interview with Slasher Radio is that they cannot do any of Nic Cage's movie outfits because he does not own those, instead they will only do original outfits from Nic Cage's own wardrope, which yes includes also what he wears during movie premieres and more.

Absolutely the Con Air outfit- long hair, tank top, dirty jeans. If they can’t make specific outfits because of copyright issues maybe just make similar pieces that we can mix and match. I mean his jacket from Wild At Heart is already there.
