Hits not hitting like normal

Since like yesterday a lot of hits have felt like they should have hit and didn't on a lot of games. I'm not sure if it's just me or something game side, could be servers due to the new chapter? I've just had hits that look like they hit but didn't do anything and a lot of hits at pallets that would usually be a stun and a hit just ending in only a stun, and sometimes pushing me back to the other side of the pallet mid swing when I got to the other side. Everyone's ping was fine including my own so idk if this is a server issue or some change to how hits are counted. Just wanted to know if anyone else had anything similar.

    I was whiffing a lot but chalked it up to still not being used to Made for This and just being rusty from not having played much killer lately.
