    Normally I'd go Merciless & Lullaby but Hexs are so easily cleansed w/o Lullaby the build is completely useless.

    Anything with Ruin now is just bad.

    I wouldnt reccomend CoB oppression or Ruin in any build Try PR or deadlock.
