Get your Nicolas Cage in Plot Twist hooked.
Get unhooked.
Nicolas Cage is silent and doesn't bleed.
killer puts nicolas cage into dying state
nicolas cage makes no noise and acts like he's in the plot twist state and can recover to full.

Did this by accident, and it worked. Old Iron Will, Calm Spirit and Unbrekable in 1 perk!
