Sadako Changes: Good Direction But Condemn is Too Fast for the TV Cooldowns
I enjoy the changes to Sadako, but the changes feel like an overbuff, and the math kinda shows it.
Doing the Math:
Assuming no one is taking tapes, and the Onryo teleports every time her TP is off cooldown:
Since lowering the teleport cooldown to 10 seconds, that means every 40 seconds all survivors gain 3 stacks of condemned.
By 100 seconds, any survivor who has not taken a tape has reached 7 stacks of condemnation.
Factoring in TV Cooldowns:
Now, let's look at how many TVs are available in a match, and how often they can be used. There are 8 TVs: One per each of the 8 generators.
When the Onryo teleports, a TV goes on cooldown for 45 seconds. Assuming she's teleporting every 10 seconds, this means that the Killer can keep over half (5) of the TVs in the match turned off at any given moment, leaving 3 TVs active at any given time for the survivors to use.
Getting hit while holding a tape fast-forwards 2 stacks of Condemnation, which fast-forwards 30 seconds of teleport Condemn progress.
The Problem:
Now, let's start assuming the Survivors are actively trying to use the tapes to reduce condemned or prevent the Onyro from teleporting nearby.
There's a 70 second cooldown for when a Survivor turns off a TV by any means.
If ONE survivor interacts with one pair of TVs, and their 2nd TV is an On TV and not an Off TV), then this means there is ONE ACTIVE TELEVISION ON THE ENTIRE GAME over a 70-second period, which the Onyro can change by switching which TVs she teleports to.
Let's assume a second survivor interacts with the last remaining television. Now, for 70 seconds, there are no active TVs.
This leaves 30 seconds for the remaining 2 survivors to scramble across the map and pray they can find any of the few active TVs over this time frame, and if they don't then they become fully condemned.
This means there's usually about 1-3 TVs active that an Onryo who is constantly Teleporting has a pretty good shot at guessing which TV a survivor near condemnation is going to go to, making it incredibly easy for her to deny Tapes while she's at it.
At the Math's worst case scenario, every 100 seconds at least 1-2 survivors are guaranteed to have 30 seconds of time where they must find (and fight over) one of up to 3 active TVs on the map, or risk instadeath.
I like the direction that Onryo is going in, but in my opinion at the moment it's very unfeasible to go about these matches with condemned stacking as fast as it is, with survivors fighting over the same TVs.

Assuming no one is taking tapes, and the Onryo teleports every time her TP is off cooldown:
everyone should always take tapes as soon as televisions are turned on after 30 second grace period. you can always grab tapes if you lose the tape but removing condemn is suppose to be a lot more tricky.

or we could just grab tapes

My point is, there aren't enough TVs left turned on to physically be able to grab tapes. When you do, it's incredibly easy for her to monitor which TV you're most likely going to, teleport to it, hit you, destroy your tape, and fast forward your timer by 30 seconds.
Now, your tape is destroyed, and there are even fewer TVs available to grab a tape from to stop condemned.

What will end up happening is that they’ll heavily nerf her condemned and give her nothing to compensate for it. New Sadako barely have any skill expression. Building up pressure requires zero skill unlike old Sadako.
Sadako mains predicted exactly what would happend if the new changes went through and they were right on every aspect because they actually play the Character. Which bvhr honestly doesn’t seem to do at all
