How is this FOMO? When have you ever seen Fortnite or Overwatch put their battlepass skins into the item shop? We're lucky the devs don't follow this pattern.

It's FOMO because they were available for a while and then are not anymore. That's all it takes.

classic battle pass stat, they also have been doing it with the seasonal skins. Very disappointing move and anti consumer on BHVRs part.

Well yeah, that's what a battlepass does. It's available for what, 70 days. If you don't get the in-game content you want by then that's somewhat on you.

Um pretty sure many of those ARE in the store.
99% sure the SAW ones are.
Now, Office Santa, Rabid Seadog, and System Smasher are not. I came into the game during Rift 6 so I half part of Office Santa which annoys the F out of me not having the full outfit, and Rabid Seadog is the only Legion outfit I don't have (well, don't have the new Joey in the Rift nor the store yet either, but I will get it once I finish the Rift and get my points back probably.)

Nah, that's bad business practice.
The true value of a Battle Pass should be the price, getting all that stuff for a reduced amount of bucks, before the cosmetics hit the store and become expensive. It shouldn't be the exclusivity of some skins, doing so creates FOMO, which repulses your current consumers and potential new players.

Majority of these are in the store. Amanda’s Rebirth has been in there for a bit as well. BHVR recently just added Mikaela’s rift jeans cosmetic to the store too. Feng’s Mime Time cosmetic used to be in the store until BHVR included it in the LTO holiday cosmetics so you’ll have to wait until around Halloween time to get it.
