What are some good LEGENDARY SKIN ideas you guys have?
These would probably be the most exciting choices for me personally.
I'm sure there are some good ones out there that I am not thinking of. :)

That’s a good Resident Evil choice! I was 15 when that game came out and got it for my birthday. Those chainsaw villagers scared the crap outta me.

Clown as Sweet Tooth...pleasantly surprised. Came here to say that. With the new TM TV series premiere only hours away, it would be a sweet legendary skin.

The Deathslinger as a Smoker from Left 4 Dead 1/2
The grabbing is incredibly similar to the speargun, although he uses his tongue instead of a chain. I'm sure they could figure out a way to make it work. And strike fear into all of the Bill players. I always say that L4D deserves more content especially for survivor skins, but Special Infected being killers could work.

Leon -> Dante/Vergil/Nero from Devil May Cry
Jill -> Lady from Devil May Cry
Ada -> Trish from Devil May Cry (although I would like Lady a lot more for Ada, but personality wise I think Trish fits better)
Rebecca -> Nico
For Silent Hill
I'd love a Maria (SH2) legendary for Cheryl and she's a lot more prominent than Lisa imo, as well as Henrey from SH4.
If they did some more anime collaborations, like Chainsaw Man since it does have horror elements
I'd go for Makima for Nea for obvious reasons. If not Makima then Himeno for Nea.
Power for Meg or Kate, but I think it'd be great on Yui ,as well as on Mikaela. Bomb Girl would be great for Yun Ji. I don't know who would make a great Denji though. Maybe Jake again.
For Aki the obvious choice is Jake.
Kishibe for Vittorio would also be a good choice.

Integra - Zarina, maybe Haddie (although Zarina fits Integra's build better)
Seras - Haddie
What I dislike about Horror anime is that most of it takes place in high school, making for very boring costumes imo.
I don't mention any horror video games because I would prefer those to be added as chapters rather than legendaries.

Some Legendary skins I'd like to see would be:
Jill: Regina from Dino Crisis
Rebecca: Moira from Resident Evil Revelations 2
Cheryl: Angela Orosco from Silent Hill 2
Clown: Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal
Spirit or Nurse: A Nurse from Silent Hill
Twins: a Jockey and Female Boomer from Left 4 Dead 2 (assuming a skin can be added to Victor)
Plague: Spitter from Left 4 Dead 2
I'd also like to see legendary skins from non-horror licenses, for example...Chloe from Life is Strange would be a perfect legendary skin for Nea. Or possibly The Borg from Star Trek for Singularity.
On a side note, out of pure curiosity...would The Blob work for Dredge?

We might not have been able to get the license at all then, iirc bhvr spent some years on getting the license in the first place and who knows if that oppotunity would have lasted after the rights for the first movie within the US was reverted back to Clive Barker.

I'd quite like Miranda from Resident Evil Villiage for Artist.
Would suit her well for a legendary

A Sherry Birkin and Ashley Graham Skin for Rebecca would fit great. For these two they could add some cool new Voicelines for Leon and the Wiliam Birkin Skin for the Blight.
For Jill, a Elza Walker Skin. I don't know why that one isn't already in the game.
For Cheryl a Henry Mason Skin. I also don't get why that one is still missing.
For Pinhead the other Cenobites
For Nemesis a Mr. X
For Ash, they could add Pablo Bolivar, Kelly Maxwell or Brandy Barr as a Legendary. But the best Idea for Ash would be a young Ash Skin (Or Upper Body Part only) wearing his Knight Armor and Cloak.
For Quentin a Nancy Thompson Skin. Won't happen, but just sayin.
For the Nurse a Silent Hill Nurse Skin.
Bill could get the other Protagonists from Left 4 Dead as Skins. Some already exist as Costumes for other Surivors, but they feel more like Cosplays. I would love to see the Coach as a Legendary Skin the most.
Other Ideas i had would be Characters from Castlevania as Sets. Simon- and Richter Belmont, Alucard, Maria Renard etc.

Get Felix as either Cloud or Cid.
Maybe Yun-Jin as Tifa.
Jeff as Vincent.
Knight as any one of my namesakes.
Dredge as one of the Jenova forms or even Chaos/Zeromus/Neo Exdeath.
And Clown as Kefka.

Probably a hot take: Sadakaya from Sadako VS Kayako.
For the ones who don't know. Sadakaya is the fusion of sadako and kayako. i think it be cool. she would have completely new animations,sounds,mori,chase theme.

Undead(?) WW1 Trench Gunner for Deathslinger
Broken gas mask, dull glowing eyes to obscure the face underneath, full battle uniform covered in grime and blood, the rifle a modified trench gun with the spear, new sounds of heavy breathing under the mask and maybe a new chuckle and a unique battle inspired chase theme.

Yeah that wouldn't make sense at all. The new Naughty Bear LEGENDARY outfit for The Trapper they're making does come with a "unique mori" though!

There's two I want from RE but only if they can get the legendary skins to change the way the powers look - but if they did, the Twins into Angie and Donna Beneviento would be fantastic, as well as the Knight into Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters.
Elsewhere, I'd like to see some DC characters make it into the game as legendary skins for other characters. Trickster into Joker and Legion into Punchline, mostly.

I'd love a Deathslinger undead skin. Has to show a lot of his skeleton. One hand bones, bottom half of his face bones, and maybe even one side of his rib cage bones.. BONES EVERYWHERE!!

I've love to see Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Either as a Legendary or as a full survivor. I mean, we have Nicolas Cage, so why not horror icon, Elvira?
As a Legendary, I'd say Mikaela.

Samara legendary for Sadako is a no-brainer, with different chase music and effects of course because they are way too similar to justify just keeping the same sound effects at that price.
On a less serious note, I sometimes think of a Phoenix Wright legendary for Ace and a Maya legendary for Mikaela. It would be entirely in character, in game Phoenix is absurdly lucky (also because ACE attorney would be a fun pun).
