Wait a minute, so can they NOW be blinded IF they grab the person while they're actively leaving the locker? I just got blinded in that scenario.

Pulling a survivor from the locker is the scenario where the blindness immunity is applied. Grabbing a survivor that is leaving the locker is a different animation.

Yes you can blind a killer in that situation. The locker blind immunity wasn't applied here because the killer can back up a few steps and lunge, meaning that the killer isn't forced to grab, whereas they WERE forced to grab when locker blind immunity wasn't a thing.

You can still locker CJ if the person in locker slow vaults in or out or if you jump out of the locker right as the killer reaches the locker to force them to pick up the downed survivor in front of the locker instead of searching, which what probably happened to you.
