with the "artists from the fog collection" releasing today, all of the skins are available for purchase with auric cells.

will these skins be purchasable with iridescent shards 4 weeks from now? or are they treated as licensed content, meaning auric cells only? i want to buy the yui skin, but since its a set im very reluctant to use auric cells for it.

Would like to know this too. I'm not sure whether I should save shards or spend cells. I'm trying to save for the alien chapter, and any other future skins that might insterest me

In the literal sense, yes it is a collab because they're collaborating with her to create new outfits for the game even though she's not working for bhvr.

Would it be considered to be on the same level as the collabs with the licensed IPs? I guess that depends on who you ask.
