Example
Step 1 : Perk order: Plot twist 1st, then Unbreakable
Step 2 : Down yourself with Plot twist
Step 3 : Pick yourself back up using "plot twist"
Step 4 : Get downed by Killer
Step 5: Try to recover yourself using unbreakable.
Step 6: You cannot get up even though you used Plot twist, not unbreakable.

Can confirm had the same thing happen to me against twins. Pls fix bhvr

Same is happening with no mither, if I activate plot twist it should be used when I pick myself up, but if killer downs me and I get up that should be no mither, not plot twist but it’s using my plot twist instead.

Yep I have seen that also. My current build is Plot Twist, Dramaturgy, Unbreakable, Tenacity.

Can you fix that please ? it takes 2 perk slot, plot twist shouldn't desactivate unbreakable for nothing, both perk should work ONCE

The wording of Plot Twist is "this perk deactivates if you recover by yourself by any means". The game is prioritising Unbreakable and thus deactivating Plot Twist thereafter.
I'm not sure it's a bug.
