Am I unable to get my addons after switching to PC with the Xbox app?

I played DBD for years on my xbox and have multiple characters bought and a lot of progression, however I switched to PC recently and installed DBD on the Xbox App, but when I launch it, I do not have any of the characters or progress and it says I must buy them again. If there is a fix I would really appreciate it!

    Sadly yes. There is no cross progression. If you go to another console brand (such as Playstation or Switch) or use PC, you'll have to start from scratch
