End game with the last remaining HUMAN survivor disconnects or dies...
For the first time, I just had a game where 3 people disconnected mid-match. I proceeded to hunt down the remaining human player believing (hopefully) that would end the game, but it did not. I had to proceed to hunt down 3 computer bots I never asked to play with. At least let me as a killer disconnect at this point without a penalty...

Quitting the game early could lead to a depip for the killer in some situations. this should be changed before ending the game prematurely. Otherwise, I agree with you.

You wont depip with Bots. They will provide you with Emblems.
@Topic: Skull Merchant, eh?

It probably should end if everyone is replaced with bots, but i think it's far funnier that being forced to play vs bots is kinda a form of punishment for killers if you are actually that unpleasant to play against that all 4 survivors dc on you

If you were skull merchant, you deserve to play against bots every game lol. If not then yeah.

I'd be all for if there are 4 survivor bots then the killer can freely DC without penalty. I feel ending the game abruptly would be unfair for a killer trying to get an achievement or archive challenge which is sometimes why survivors DC in the first place. A good example is survivors DC'ing to deny the tombstone achievement for a Shape player. That used to be one of the reasons people would DC so their body would disappear and couldn't be mori'd.

That's working as intended. If the game ended immediately on catching the remaining human player, it would deny the human player the full game. The bots could rescue him from hook. If you decide to camp the human player out, you risk losing the gens and bots escaping.
The only way the bots work, is if the killer has to treat them like normal players, with chases, hooks, etc.

Since bots aren't too bad at this point as survivor I'm kinda alright to play with bots - I may still have no shot at escaping but I do have a good chance to get BP and pips. The whole "one person DCed early into the game so it's a lost cause anyway. I can stay miserable for 5+ minutes or just eat the 1min penalty" and every one of the remaining three coming to that conclusion isn't much of a thing anymore.
Which leads me to think it's more likely a match where this happens is so unenjoyable for four out of five players that they rather DC, than that it is just sheer pettiness.
Besides; A killer can play out their match just fine, get the BP, get the pips. There's really no reason to be upset about playing against bots.

The problem though is that the last human survivor will likely be targeted, which is exactly what you did when you believed it would end the game. People will see that survivor's death as the only way to move on without incurring a penalty and the bots will be ignored while they're hunted down. The only survivor doing the right thing would be punished for the actions of others.
I feel like this sort of match - where the majority DC - would be a rare occurrence

Would by kinda funny, if people wouldn't always find a reason to dc.
I had 4 people dc on me because I brought a sacrificial ward once. Was I truly that unpleasant to play against or were they just salty that their plan to abuse the old RPD library didn't work out?

You know that there are some SWF that just DC's because they had a bad start or don't like the killer, even being a weaker killer like Wraith or Clown, right??
