[BUG] PC - Wraith can close hatch while cloaked

If this isn't a bug, it should be. I was just in a match where a Wraith closed the hatch while they were still cloaked. They can't break pallets while cloaked so why can they close the hatch that way? It's garbage.

  Want me to break your mind? They can also kick gens and destroy breakable walls.
