Brand New Part could get just one further nerf...
I saw Otzdarva's post and comparison videos of the pre-nerf and the nerfed add on, and the general consensus is it's just too small enough and has its own pros.
I have just a small suggestion. Make Brand New Part consume the toolbox, not the add on. This prevents repairing a large chunk of progress quickly as you install the BNP, heavily reducing how fast you can do a gen with, say, a green toolbox, while still providing a significant benefit to helping fight 3 generator scenarios and making it overall faster to repair.
It's just my opinion on the matter, but I thought it's fair since Styptic Agent and the Syringe does the same thing, consuming the med-kit on use.

Dont forget that the Odd Bulb also needs to consume the Flashlight. You know, would be fair, since Styptic Agent, the Syringe and, according to you, the BNP would also consume the Medkit and Toolbox.
Question - if it would consume the Toolbox and shaves off just a little portion of the Gen... What would even be the point of bringing a BNP?

This last change to BNP was not a nerf though.
This last change to BNP is actually a buff.
BNP now gives permanent unregressible progress.

It's actually a really good idea, making the odd bulb remove the flashlight. Maybe like after you blind the killer, it consumes the Flashlight. But then it'll need to do a WAY stronger effect because just one slightly longer blind isn't a good enough reason the consume the whole flashlight. Good idea though!

That's what a lot of people said, and I can actually understand that sort of thinking so I think that's also a good enough reason why my suggestion would be at least considered.

IMO it is totally fine if Survivors have SOMETHING to gain in their Bloodwebs. The Survivor-Bloodweb has 3 times as many Items than the Killer-Bloodweb and contains huge amounts of Junk because stuff has been nerfed and is not really useful anymore (looking at every Flashlight Add On except for Batteries... Same with Keys) or was never really useful to begin with (most Map Add Ons).
And as long as BHVR refuses to clear the Junk, the goal should not be to make everything useless.

But also yeah, I wish a lot of the offerings like luck offerings, mist offerings, etc. were just deleted, I feel like they take up too much space and just artificially makes more valuable offerings rarer

Honestly, consuming the toolbox would be a good balance choice
People definitely have hundreds of brown toolboxes that are pretty much useless. We should use them with BNP and done.
The other almost useless toolbox is the purple one that lasts 2 seconds. Not worth it at all except if you hold until the last gen, or if the killer is running Merciless Storm
The green toolbox with 2 charge add-ons + Streetwise + Built to Last is the most efficient alternative. Way scarier than a BNP in my opinion.
