bHVR I would like more perks for Killers that change cooldown after attack

STBFL is the only one that does it, Unrelenting does for actual hits. And Im tired of STBFL to be the only perk I can go to for help this way. Anything you can do?

I don't think it would be healthy for the game until the fix camping, stacking these perks would cause unwinnable situations as STBFL is problematic in the current state of the game as it is.

I would say just make the perk not able to be stacked or a cap, but looking at gen speed ups and slow downs and heal slow downs that just doesn't seem to be a thing they'd do.

And if they implemented stackable perks to reduce basic attack cooldown low enough, it would hard counter that feature.

If you can swing twice fast enough without really losing any movement speed, it doesn't matter if the survivor has endurance or not. They go down and back on the hook, self unhook or not.

If you make it so it doesn't stack with STBL.

We already had the machine gun build when STBL and unrelenting used to stack those cooldown reductions.

    It was busted.

cooldown of sbtfl is 1.62. unhooking takes 0.5 second to start action and 1.0 second to complete it. attack cooldown has to be more then 1.5 otherwise you cannot hook trade. it makes facecamping.... strong. it used to stack with unrelenting a long time ago.

I think unrelenting should changed to increase lunge speed by 30%. the miss attack cooldown is weird and not very good. the only way I could ever see anyone use unrelenting is to spam lunges with coup the grace to move faster... but that is just kinda silly for a perk.
