Missing Characters

I'm missing about a dozen characters for a week now. No replies from opening a ticket so far.

When this happened before, there was a thread under 'bug reporting'. The community manager responded to it and promptly fixed the issue (https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3465795). This time my thread on it was closed (https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3499252) because my missing characters appears to be an 'account issue', and I should be posting in 'ask a question'. So I'm posting here then.

Every Stadia user is missing characters as far as I can tell (if they originally purchased on Stadia) , and based on the closed thread, none of us have received any updates or acknowledgements on the issue.

So what's going on? When will this account bug be fixed?

    I am also missing characters, (31 in total- both killers and survivors) , since the latest update on July 25. I was also a previous Stadia player and now play on Steam & my accounts are merged. The first time I had this issue was the last update, and it was fixed pretty quickly. It's the same characters missing with this update, but as of Aug. 1, they are still missing. I submitted a support ticket as well. I hope it's fixed soon!

    Same here. Wish they would at least acknowledge us.
