Add an intense escape theme when exit gates are powered

When all generators are powered, an escape theme should play, but when the exit gates open and endgame collapse begins, the escape music should intensify even more to the point where it’s like a “GET THE HELL OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN FAST!” Soundtrack

In the endgame colapse the gameplay loop is mostly "run at hook, trade hooks until the killer ###### up" and "T-bag as much as possible". If the EGC was made more intense, than sure.

I feel like it will have better effect if they add this at the same time endurance effects are disabled and cannot be applied during the endgame. Until then, endgame is when good survivors feel the safest.
