PC: BLOCK dosen't block chat messages

Blocking someone dosen't block his chat messages on PC. It simply dose nothing:

Edit: 09. May 2023 - Added Video and still not blocking chat

    I confirm the problem and his still not fixed. Platform - Steam, version - 7.1.2.
