Steam - EAC3 Error got me banned Perma.

I just launched the game, started playing as The Huntresss and in middle of the game I got Eac 3 Error and game closed and when I tried to login I saw that I got permabanned. I've been playing with this account since 2016 and never had something like this, when I look at the forums I see that if you get permabanned theres an info on your profile but I dont have that either, so what is going on exactly?

    After this event, I thought maybe something wrong with the pc and re installed windows, purchased the game from Microsoft Store and after 3 games, I got banned again. What is going on with the eac exactly?
