Also corrupt purge is a limited used power up.
The corrupt purge hardly makes you any stronger than a standard huntress.

Upon further reflection the heal wouldn't be free, first you'd have to lure the Killer away from the fountain who may be camping it. Then juke them and double back for the heal.

It is better for numbers to start off low and then they can continue to tweak. Starting off little will give you more control, knowing what you need and what you don’t.

Maybe this Killer was designed to challenge Killers who have been playing since the dawn of time? A bit like a Survivor who chooses to wear bright neon red wants to challenge themselves, Killers might want that option too.
They'll probably just remove the health healing aspect and just leave it to cleanse plague and then it wont be a problem for new Killers.

The free heal takes even quicker if you run resilience and sline chill (if killers looking at you) plus if you are effected by leader or prove thyself and maybe someones bodyblocking it's definetely a free heal done in maybe 4 seconds.

You can wear whatever and use no perks as survivor, it's still much easier than playing killer.

And getting against an ranged attack no one can outrun (not like hatchets) isnt a downside for the heal? lol

@Iceman you're right in that killers should be introduced either too weak or too strong to evaluate what adjustments are needed.
In this case the Plague is weak due to the full heal at each fountain. This needs to be the first step which change.
@Apoch Having a killer which only appeals to the very best is extremely unhealthy for the game and must be unintended.
The plague in its current state is easily recoverable to be a decent killer with variety and fun potential.

Its really important to give measured and constructive feedback to the PTB. The devs will be reading this and listening to our concerns. I just hope they can tweak the right areas or else we will see a killer non existent in medium/high ranks.
The devs can fix this. Just make your point, and they will listen.

Tru3 played like garbage. I watched him try to mind game a healthy survivor at a loop instead vomiting on the window or pallet. Why take his word? If the killer cant move really fast and instadown they are trash.

How does she down with the power? Or do you mean injured with the power and then downed with hits? Or can she actually down with vomit?

She can down you with the upgraded vomit she gets when someone cleanses themselves at the fountain. The killer also gets instantly notified that you are at that fountain.

So someone plays like trash on the first few times ever trying the new killer out. I'm pretty sure Tru3 was figuring out how she works rather than doing it for no reason.
Also he would have vomitted on a looping survivor to put them into illness and broken. A simpleton like you might not understand basic gameplay though. Muhahahaha 😈😈

What about using vomited on objects to infect yourself when injured to get the fountain heal? If your far enough from the killer and within the time something stays infectious, that could be a strong strategy that I don't think is intended. Add that to fountains cleansing themselves when all are dirty... and it just seems like more problems.

True played it poorly.
True said legion was strong at first then weak later. True used to say clown was strong now he cries about how weak he is. He does this with perks too, raves about one for a while then says it's worthless.
Hes quick to judgements and swings his opinion too easily.

It makes sense. I played the ptb today, and it was fair enough to say the heal in the fountain is necessary.
When you're hit with the vile purge, and you run/interact with things too much, you become broken.
Not only that, when you use the corrupted fountain, it allows her power to gain damage and injure survivor to the injured, and if hit once more, dying state.
I'd say it's all good trade offs for each other.

Omg... I saw the ending of one of tru3s matches and he downed 2 of em nearly at the same time..... it was like a machine gun mowing em down.... insta could be okay

Tru3 used every single strategy possible and most of them performed poorly. It wasn't down to how he played the new killer because he approached each match with a different strategy.
I see some of you are using this thread as a hate thread towards Tru3. In all seriousness he's probably 20 times better at this game than you.

I actually like Tru3 and it is why he is the streamer i watched today. He played bad and whined. He makes a living playing video games i sure hope he is better for the hours invested in the game.

@fcc2014 Defending your reasoning for hating on how Tru3 plays because you actually like him doesn't give you an entitlement to ######### about how he plays.
The likely answer you watched Tru3 today is probably because your favourite streamer wasn't live and you hate opinions which are different from your own which Tru3 gave.
He played really well as wraith one game to highlight the lack of strength the Plague has. It's down to the poor execution of The Plague why he didn't do incredible plays. Hardly his fault.

Tru3 is who i watch during ptbs. I don't traditionally watch streamers. I actually like Tru3 but i disagree with his opinions on this killer as i did when he spoke about Legion and thought that killer was high tier.

Watching how it affects play, this killer won't be able to make use of any injury builds at all. Thanataphobia, sloppy butcher, coulorphobia, even nurses calling will be useless if your using her power. Can definitely expect this killer to dedicate to one target at a time or its wasted effort once infected.

Agreed and the same was true for both Spirit and Legion where he tries to play everything like an M1 insta down killer.
The insta heal is fine since hey you get a free 2 hit down that can be like a Bubba chainsaw swing.

Did you even watch his stream? He kept saying he's sitting on the fence because he could only make a day 1 judgement to the killer. He said he needs to find what works and you say he's trash for mixing up his play while getting gen rushed on a ptb.
