So, my friend got a PC recently, and usually plays DbD on PS4. I was wondering if I could ask for him if it is possible yet to transfer data between PS4 and PC, so he can continue his progress here on PC?

  It's not - no.

  Cross Progression is currently only possible between Epic Store and Steam.
