Why there isn't a single good perk againts sabotage hooks?
If you get 2+ members of the same team who work together with sabo toolboxes, you will almost never hook anyone, which is very frustraiting and only leads to slugging and tunneling the Survivor(s) who does this. You can pick toolbox with good add-ons (perks) that make you sabo the hook before the killer can recover from hitting you. We have so many many perks for aura readings, regresions, finding Survivors, decreasing action speeds, causing status effects, etc. But why there isn't a single goood usable perk if you dislike or want to counter at least somewhat sabotage?
There isn't. And no, Hangman's Trick isn't one of them. Mad Grid also doesn't count, that's for body blocking. There isn't a 1 single good perk to counter it.
Why not?

Toolboxes are finite and Saboteur has a lengthy cooldown, that's the counter, you try again. Survivors who tagteam these plays are wasting twice as much time as those who don't, reducing gen time by 50% or more, so you're technically getting partial pressure in return.
It's like when bully squads crowd the hook. Yes it's irritating and it might be triggering and cause you to missplay. But it also means no one's on gens and if you don't lose your cool, you'll win every time because no gens will ever get done.
Technically though, Iron Grasp + Agitation is a counter, because you can just veer off to another hook and get to it faster than the saboteur can.

Nope, that perk just makes you carry Survivors easier and for tiny bit longer, it doesn't do anything directly with sabotage. The best very soft counter would be Agitation since you move faster and you also can carry futher than with Iron grasp by a bit.

Well drop the survivor and chase them

You guys use a perk for that? What's wrong with slugging and tunneling?

agitation.
go to the next hook. you get there faster than they do

Agitation, Iron Grasp, Mad Grit, STBFL, Starstruck...
These can all play a role in scenarios like that.

As stated, Mad Grit, Agitation, Starstruck, and Iron Grasp all counter this play style. Then again, genuine full sabo teams are so infrequent it feels like a waste to run a build like this.
If you mean just one perk, I suppose they could do something like a survivor being exposed after sabotaging a hook or they’re hindered or something. But again, it’s like Lightborn, you could run it in 10 games and o only get value once or twice.

Hangman trick used to spawned hooks back even after sacrificed.

It's already been mentioned but Agitation + Irongrasp. Oh and AA. Don't like that? Drop and slug a #########. Next question.

I've always thought Hangman's Trick should debuff survivors for sabotaging hook, apply Exposed or Hindered to make it easier to drop the survivor you're carrying and chase down the saboteur.
