Pain Resonance exploded a blocked Generator

Pain Resonance affected a blocked generator. First and only time i see this happen.

1.Teammate completed a Generator and the one i was working on was blocked by Deadlock as expect.

2.Seconds after the killer hooked someone and triggered Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance. The perk affected the generator that was still blocked by deadlock.

3.It kept regressing afterwards while still blocked.
