PC - Unbinding victor locks the killer permanently

When playing as The Twins, after unbinding Victor, my camera and controls locked up completely. could not move, pounce, look around, or switch back to charlotte. Im pretty sure its a game logic bug, because i could still pause, the game didnt crash, and survivors were still actively running around.

Not sure how to be more specific, im sorry! I posted a video alongside, to show why im so confused.
