This game lasted for a long time but it's finally coming to an end
7 years. Congrats but now it's a dead game with a dead forum. Every match I face or play with the same survivors or killer. I see their names and they messaged me an hour ago. There is no more players left.
Face it, it's time to move on.

The game has been dying for 7 years. This is nothing new.
Can't wait for the next game after TCM that will kill DBD.

I feel like a brief look at just the Steam charts would dispel this notion.

Yeah keep dreaming.

You must be in a small region. In the US it's quite uncommon for me to come across the same players.

Ride it till the brakes fall off

You don't need DBD to be dying in order to stop playing it. Feels like too many people are hoping the game dies so they can stop playing.

good joke 😅 dbd numbers are constant for 7 years.. dont even compare to TCM.. that game will bleed yout slowly like friday 13, the predator one etc.. its just released hyped and still not even close to dbd numbers..

maybe... For sure DBD ain't going anywhere, but maybe TCM stays this time, the team is trying it and there are a lot of support from the community, even from the DBD community. So if they play their cards right TCM is here to stay, if not... Well, ask Evil Within: The Game what happens.

If there's something i've learned from all the other asym games that's come and gone throughout the years, it's that despite being gone, you'll always find people lamenting it and how they miss playing it. I've seen it happen with games like Evolved, Friday the 13th, Deathgarden & Last Year: The Nightmare. If DBD should ever die, then i guarantee you that you'll also see people lamenting it as well and wish for it to come back.

Maybe, in a Ship of Theseus kinda way.
But that's not what you were going for, eh?

I WOULD, BUT YOU CAN'T DELETE POSTS

Just a troll post with no evidence to support its claims. I can't even count the number of times I've seen "this game is dying" posts. I'd actually love it if someone were to bother putting together a post linking all the "this game is dying" threads.
