PS4 - Cenobite, camera spins during transition from character to portal

Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Cenobit in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hold L2 to summon a portal
Step 4 : Camera spins before reorienting to appropriate direction.
Additional information
- Character played: Cenobite
- Map: Happened on the new map, coldwind farm, and a few others
- Timing: Issue was first noticed during my first game as Cenobite after the new update, happens every game but not with every use of the power between 60%- 90% of the time
- Tried resetting console, issue persists
