Wiretap & Blastmine Prompt Missing

Platform ~Xbox Series X
Issue ~When using the perks Blastmine & Wiretap a prompt to apply the perks does not exist whether this be while on the gen or standing besides the gen.
Replication Method ~Repair a gen to 50% to charge Blast Mine & Wiretap. Let go of the gen to apply the perks. No prompt.
Frequency ~Everytime I use the perks as of the Alien update.

They change it. You just need to stay near a generator to activate the perk. (no need to touch the gen)
