  Bubba's or Billy's chainsaw? Or are you playing the wrong game? both chainsaw killers are not in the best shape and do not qualify for tier 1

  It's hard to tell if he wants Billy nerf, Bubba nerf, or if he is totally mistaken. My guess is #3. You can't seriously want to nerf either of them (but I am disregarding bubba camp ability)
