How long and when is killers getting discount?
Does the recent 2-3 killers get no discount? I need this information so i can plan it out to buy some killers

Pretty sure discounts only happen on the anniversary, but not for the most recent Killers at the time.

As far as i know, discounts only during annyversary, 50%.
If you ask me, characters should be cheaper with time.

Depends on the wait time... I think it might be worth to wait for the halloween discounts.

Typically the few most recent DLCs will not go on sale at all. The slightly older (but still fairly new) ones will go on sale, but at a lower discount. Meanwhile the rest will have the usual discounted prices.
The same goes for specific characters in the in-game store, though these sales are far less common, so you might be waiting a while.
