Remove Reagent Offerings

The Reagent offerings honestly do next to nothing outside of a few maps like Eyrie of Crows and Garden of Joy. Nobody ever uses them anyway, and they just clutter up the bloodweb

  Agree, back when maps we actually dark, reagents did wonders. But now it is look weird.

  I would want BHVR to **buff** these offerings, because they are very weak. Actually, buff those that increase the mist, and remove those that lessen it. The latter feel useless.
