Fountain reset needs to be delayed
To me, it seems that the fountains should not immediately reset once all of them are corrupted. Instead, a timer should start (1 minute?) and if the killer doesn’t use a fountain to get his corrupted purge before the timer ends, then the fountains should reset. I’m on the fence, as to whether or not the full heal should exist, because purging seems to be a little broken at the moment. You can see the purge (both types) is definitely hitting survivors, but it doesn’t always register. Any hit by the currupted purge should immediately register as a hit, from a single purge. However, there is currently a delay as if it must hit for a certain period of time.

The timer being a whole minute gives the killer quite an easy way to keep the whole team in the broken state permanently, making sure they leave all fountains corrupted permanently except one near the middle of the map, and using it whenever a survivor heals themselves. It could be a short timer so the killer has some time to react, but I like the current way it forces the Plague to stay on her toes and keep getting corrupted purge, as even if you have two clean fountains, nothing is stopping two survivors from both cleansing at the same time either coincidentally or on purpose.
As for the instant heal from fountains, that's a tricky subject. If the fountains don't heal, corrupted purge would need to be nerfed considering the power spike it gives the killer. Without an instant heal, from a survivor's point of view it would be considerably smarter to never use a fountain at all, and simply live with the broken status for the whole game.
However, the existence of the instaheal makes certain perks extremely weak on her (Sloppy Butcher, Thanatophobia, Nurse's Calling), although perhaps this is a good thing as it encourages designing more killer-specific perk builds.

@rooCraah that’s the point, to create a choke point. However, it would not keep the entire team permanently in the broken state like you suggest, as the killer would need to cleanse at least 1 fountain before the timer times out. 1 minute may, or may not, be too long, but it could be played with. 30 seconds would have to be the absolute minimum; otherwise, it would have no beneficial effect to the killer.
An alternative could be, when the killer collects the corruption from a fountain, it takes 60-90 seconds before that fountain is cleansed and becomes usable by survivors. Fountains is this pending state do not count as corrupted fountains, which means that the reset is not triggered.

I think 30 seconds would be better. 60 could be too much. Maybe 45 seconds.
