Why the Light-Footed slander?
It already had a requirement, being healthy, why add another? It also has a cooldown.
The Perk is now only usable while not running, being healthy and off-cooldown, I don't get it, was it really that strong when it removed your footstep sounds while walking / crouching to deserve this nerf?

Because it was a bug and the perk description says "your running footsteps are silent." It was never supposed to work while walking.

You'll be surprised how important sound is in this game, even the quietest one, having a perk that completely removes all footsteps was dumb, keeping it restrictive is the better approach

That's how the perk was intended to work. It's not another another requirement.

the cooldown is a bit much for restriction. other than that. the perk has some unique uses.

Maybe we´ll get another perk that makes walking silent.

I agree the perk is too restricted to be any sort of useful, but it was never intended to mute walking footsteps so it's no surprise it was fixed. I would still rather it had been buffed as well but I don't expect anything when it comes to perks anymore

I agree. The perk only needed one down side, not two. Either remove the cool down and keep the requirement of being healthy, or remove the requirement of being healthy and keep the cool down.

This perk needs the Fixated treatment. Stealth perks disabling when you're injured is dumb since being injured already ruins your stealth. This perk won't matter much when a survivor is groaning in agony, but it should stay enabled for the niche cases where it would otherwise be useful.

Yea, bhvr were really scared of it. Which is lame since all the req for the perk makes it basically unusable outside of just hovering the killer with a light. I would like to see the disabled on rushed actions part removed.

This is just a bug fix, isn't it?
I've been using it a lot and it's a really, really strong stealth perk, so I think it's totally fair that it's not active while you're walking. Besides, walking about is pretty stealthy anyway.

Oh no. Will still be using it (just for the icon with Jonesy). And I guess it’s still pretty much the same as walking/crouching steps aren’t that loud to begin with..

You can hear walking survivor footsteps? Damn... that's impressive.
I like running this perk with Distortion, Iron Will and Lightweight. It makes you suprisingly difficult to find if you're good at prerunning, as the killer gets no audio cues help them guess where to look. By the time the killer finds your scratch marks, they're practically gone.
Even if you are found and wounded, there are a number of maps where a good pallet stun at the right time and/or a good corner/bush tech can make you pretty damned hard to find again... Probably not good at high MMR, but it's fun AF down here with the scrubs :D

You dont make footstep sound while crouching and the footsteps while walking is already so absurdly low that it's not the reason you're getting caught.

It being disabled when injured was more than enough. No need to add a cooldown.

In contrast with ultimate weapon they're really terrified of decent survivor perks, funniest part we'll probably have to endure nurse/blight/slug builds with UW for the next 6 months until they realize how broken it is

I'm aware, but due to how it's coded right as you start walking from running there is a loud thud from the running sound before it goes to the walking sound, which wasn't the case before, so if it doesn't even matter why remove it.
