P100 Discussion for Survivors
I would like to know if any of you survivor players with a P100 choose to play with your favorite or avoid them in fear of being targeted more aggressively in the match.
It saddens me to hear so many players that i know personally that avoid playing their favorite character in hopes that their experience in the game is better. It means the world to me play my p100 david king. But to hear others avoid theirs hurts me.

I don't notice any difference between playing p100 or p9.

Does Pig count as a survivor?
I sometimes finish generators with survivors.

I run my p100 Nea every match. I donβt think I get targeted anymore than when I play other characters. I honestly get left alone CONSTANTLY. Many of the killers donβt even try to chase me, and go find a weak link.
Only exception is jingle Dwightβ¦ killers HATE jingle Dwight. π

For me it does put pressure on you to be good while playing P100 character so that put me off playing them. I didn't notice though killers being toxic or anything though they just ignore you more. I don't like the prestige hiding update though if I play them I want to show it and see my teammate prestiges.

P100 David here as well. Never play him anymore. I don't feel like being targeted.

The only thing that would put me off running as a P100 survivor (if I had one) would be killers expecting me to be amazing.
As a killer, with no other information on hand to identify strong or weak links in the team, I would try to avoid the P100. I suspect most casual killers would too.
I have faced default P0 Dwights that were gods on the same team as P100 potatoes, but you've got to play the odds.

If I show up with my P100 in lobby I always have to wait for about 5~ killers to lobby-dodge. During this sometimes other survivors get tired of waiting with me and leave the lobby too which causes a bigger mess LOL. Also if there's another high-prestige survivor the wait time is even longer.

My p100 pig takes you any time.

I have a freshly minted P100 and I never use it. I'm not afraid of getting tunneled. i'm afraid of getting dodged five times and then getting matched with a killer way higher than my MMR. I'm a solo queue player. Being high prestige doesn't mean i'm an angry god who needs to be avoided by every killer except the 7000 hour Blight on his 500 game win streak. My matches are FAR sweatier on average when I play my high prestige characters.

I have a P100 Jane and also ttv in my name. So if I play my P100 I will get tunneled almost every single match without fail.
So unfortunately Jane cannot come out to play unless
1. I don't mind getting tunneled continuously
2. Idc about pipping/losing pips
3. I'm already iri 1
4. I have ranked up and am playing my first match at the new grade and don't have any pips to lose yet.
5. On the rare occasion i'm playing with a SWF so I know people will at least attempt to help w me being tunneled
I don't think it's fair gameplay that killing a P100 is some sort of trophy, especially when it's done as a I found you and will camp and tunnel you immediately and get a good 2/3k points from this match total.
As killer my lobby almost always has at least one P100..I won't tunnel them out, if i'm not in the mood to deal w what comes with playing against a lobby of p100's, I just won't accept the match.

Through the match it doesn't make a difference at all to me. I rotate my hooks and get everyone on death hook before I decide how many I'm going to kill and who they'll be. That is largely based on how they played and acted. If all is pretty equal then the P100s are probably closer to the top than the bottom of that list because yeah, you put the time in to stand out sooooo...yeah.

I don't play anyone else except Dweet (unless I am doing a daily or tome challenge). So I am always using my P100.

I know. I missed it when it came out and now I don't have it. I'm still biting my own butt over that.
I really hope it returns later this month in celebration of the new Saw movie.

P100 Haddie.
Usually killers ignore me at the start of the match, especially if I'm at / near a strong loop. I guess they want to find a "weak survivor" to go after first.
Fun fact, I'm awful at DBD and one of the P3-P9 players they are looking for are probably better π

It really depends on the survivor, P100 Ash is sorta rare so I think most killers avoid me.
If you saw a P100 Feng, you wouldn't think any different versus a P1 Feng since she is so common.

I stopped playing her at P70+
Made it to P100 but playing other characters, dont think I played once with P100

I've never really seen the point in pushing a character to P100 right away, as you don't get anything but a rank icon change after P9, so I can't speak to it from a survivor end. On the killer end, even though Prestige doesn't mean skill it does usually equate to time in game, so I expect a high P survivor to at least know how to play fairly well, even if they're not great. Know the maps/possible map spawns well enough, have the basics down to muscle memory, etc. I don't expect them to be gods, but when they are it's not surprising.
When I come across them in the trial I'll give them a run to see how good they are, and use that to determine whether it's worth the time to chase or wait until others have been hooked/downed/killed and some map resources are spent to invest the time in dealing with them.

Egh. I love playing my main (jeff) finally got him to p100 last month. But I have noticed it causes a LOT of killers to dodge so a lot of my matches with him are all over the place. And I find I either get hard tunneled (I'm worse at chase than my p100 might suggest) or ignored completely in favour of tunneling out "easier" survivors. It's not fun and i often have to switch to lower prestige characters to have a normal game π
Prestige in lobby should be hidden. Survivors don't see killer's prestige, so no reason they should see survivor's prestige imo. It just messes with mmr and makes ppl play weird.

I unfortunately have to avoid my main. Some killers treat you equal, but a good chunk will just hit you on first hook until you're sacrificed.
Another, worse problem is teammates as of late. They spam unhook you, teabag in front of the hook, and intentionally miss skill checks when repairing with you.
I had a guy do this yesterday to me. Thank you to the Deathslinger who saw it and tunneled him and let me escape.
What's really bad is when the killer slugs you, your teammates just keep healing you and they teabag you in between. It hurts the most when you brought a Bloody Partystreamer for everyone π

Wow you live in a harsh region. I never encounter this behavior with my team mates.

Yeah it happened twice now. The killer just keeps knocking me down for the other Survivors, they teabag on you, heal you, killer hits you, repeat. Survivors do a generator, come back to taunt. I couldn't believe it. I don't even know if I could report the Survivors for this.
Do you play as a P100?

It can be a little offputting. I don't play the game anywhere near as much as I used to back in the day, and so I do get a little anxious that people are going to expect me to play better than I actually do. And with Laurie P100 (I have no idea if this is coincidence or not) there are a fair number of games where I seem to be targeted quite aggressively.
Sometimes I switch to Kate, Jill or Cheryl (all of whom I have much lower prestiges) to try and ease up on myself a bit. I think there is a little bit of bias towards P100s but it's not consistent enough to put me off Laurie entirely. I always come back.

I do avoid my p100 nea unless I'm matched with similar leveled players or in a swf. Which is pretty unfortunate considering I love her and grinded for her but I would like to play an unbiased match.
The times I do play her I enjoy the game immensely. Honestly I should just play her considering she has all the offerings + items stacked on her.

I really hope they hide our Prestige until end screen. I will miss offering a bloody Partystreamer for fellow Survivors who I see are on the grind but we can't have it all.
1 -
Most players should have a P100 character by now I mean it's not rare anymore. I don't think you would be treated different.
0 -
I have only been matched with about 4 as a Survivor and not a single one when playing Killer. They probably have one but hide it.

I do love matching w fellow p100 players and have made a lot of friends that way but alas it would be nice to have it hidden till end screen.
Especially considering killers can see prestige before loading in but we don't see it till end game.
