will something be changed abt singularity?
everyone knows that kinda no one plays this killer + has some of the lowest kill rates as far as I know.
This killer definitely isnt weak but hes so much effort to play and so easily countered by one item that spawns infinitely on the map which makes playing him just way too frustrating
So will we see some changes or something?

He is not hard nor easily countered. Anyway, some characters will always be less picked than others for one reason or another. It can't be helped.

Hope so but for now im not counting on it.
Sadako needed a few years.
A lot of killers need addon pass or some update or bug fixes.
Singularity doesnt seems important for bhvr right now, alien is.

Singularity is in a great position. He's hard to play and has a lot of decision fatigue but can be insanely oppressive.

Sadako is worse now in my opinion. Maybe not strength wise, but definitely in terms of playing and playing against. I hope hux will not get this treatment anytime soon.
Singularity has the ungodly combination of being hard to play and having to be played well to do well. That makes him not played much in comparison to other killers that are more straightforward. Hillbilly has a similar issue.

When people say "X Killer takes skill to play", Singularity is the poster child. I've frequently said on the forums across posts that "X Killer takes skill to play" actually means "it takes longer to learn how to ride the bike of this Killer", and that is very much the case as well. You have to learn how best to utilize his kit, while dealing with the frustrating aspects as well. His power level shouldn't necessarily be touched, and just give him QoL improvements to make more people willing to play Singularity, or remove those frustration points. (Another issue is that he yields far fewer results with much more effort than other 'takes skill to play' Killers like Nurse/Blight. I think that's fine, because he is so fun when you get him firing on all cylinders.)
A common complaint is how when you are tracking with a Biopod to apply the goo, then they step behind a twig for a milisecond and you have to start over. A QoL buff could be like Ghosty's Survivor sided reveal mechanic. It 'saves' the progress and only decays over time, not an instant reset to 0.
Another QoL buff could be the TP while running having a different button to alternatively activate, and be given a generous auto-aim when used this way. This way when you are chasing someone in the distance, but you keep tagging the walls right next to them, you can just hit the TP button instead. You wouldn't use this TP button if 2 Survs were on your screen and wanted to take the 0 autoaim place pod TP to choose your target.
If they were to iron out these frustration points I'm sure we'd get more people playing Sing. The main issue though is you have to swap perspective continuously, and that can be very disorienting for many players. As long as he is reliant on an actual skillset that some people are physiologically incapable or untrained in utilizing, he isn't going to be picked that much.

invest the same time learning singularity and blight, one will reward you with an oppressive killer that can pressure survivors who are also good at the game, the other will give you a pubstomper that will get destroy only people who have no clue what they are doing and the moment you face a decent team team they clap you, why should I invest my time learning singulerity when other better killers that actually reward time invested exist?

Hopefully EMPs are addressed further. Singularity's difficulty is vastly overstated IMO. I have never had difficulty tagging survivors with Slipstream. I'm usually able to do it within seconds of starting a chase or patrolling. You don't have a power if the survivors have EMPs and use them at the correct time.
And even if they don't have an EMP, you can perfectly triangulate the survivor at a loop, get an Overclock off, and they pre-drop a safe pallet. Your power is Fire Up at that point. Pre-drop drop a pallet and don't zone yourself when you do it. You've countered Overclock.
This killer is not anywhere near the difficulty of Billy, Nurse, Blight, Wesker, Oni, Huntress, and more. He's just really weak.

I don't necessarily think EMPs need to be addressed. There's a lot of QoL things that could be done to help him out.
Tagging survivors is frustrating, because random things can prevent you from tagging despite seeing 90% of the survivor, so that can be adjusted.
Swapping to a camera and having to rotate to get view of a survivor and by then they are already out of view, bipods should at least be at automatically look at the closest survivor when you switch to it.
Overclock should at base last longer, because often you can just reach the pallet or vault and then run out and not get any benefit from the boost.

I haven't seen any public kill rates on him yet. If you have the source, I'd love to take a look.
In my opinion, here are the main reasons people don't play him a lot.
- He's very disorienting, and many people might not like the quick changing perspectives.
- He is one of the least controller friendly killers. And DBD has a massive console player base.
- This is my personal reason for not playing him. Camera placement feels very awkward and clunky. Sometimes you can't place cameras on a surface for seemingly no reason. Sometimes you look at the wrong camera by accident. Sometimes you can see 80% of the survivor, yet it's still not infecting/letting you teleport to them.
- His camping penalty. Most of the time, I'm trying to teleport away from hook but get punished for it. I don't even knowing why he has no terror radius while looking at cameras. Give him a TR and let me use cameras near hooks.
Notice how none of these reasons were calling him "weak." I've seen people calling him the worst killer in the game, and I couldn't disagree more. He's quite difficult, but a solid B tier, maybe A tier with good addons. If his power was fleshed out more, I'd start playing him again.
