Blast Mine Bug

- stuck in place after using Blast Mine on a gen that was regressing with Scourge Pain Resonance. I could move around like a ghost, but my body was stuck on the gen.

I encountered this bug for the first time today. I saw a Nicholas Cage repairing a gen and spinning while still performing the animation. Then, they seemingly teleported and pointed at me. Later they explained to me, that they were actually walking around invisible and would only become visible when they pointed at me or dropped a pallet.
