Does anyone know why my game keeps crashing?

I've tried everything I can think of. It started happening right after the newest patch. Everytime I either enter a match or one finishes my game just completely crashes. Sometimes when I manage to load into a match I can't even see my screen unless I alt-tab. When the crash happens it says Dead By Daylight Crash reporter and then all of these codes that I have no idea what they mean show up.

I've looked up what can I do to fix them and I've tried everything but nothing worked. It looks like if this keeps happening I won't be able to play on pc anymore. I was hoping this was a server issue but I haven't seen any post about this happening to anyone else on the forums or on twitter.

    This is happening to me as well. Every time I post about it the mods delete my post and lock my account. I even see someone posted about it in the bugs section and THEY CLOSED THE THREAD and said to ask the community as it appeared to be technical issue. The support is trying to gaslight us into thinking it's our computer and software.

    My computer is only 5 months old. Its an Alienware Aurora 15 with a 4090.

    - I re-installed the game

    - I verified integrity game files

    - I checked my DirectX for updates

    - I checked my Drivers for updates

    - I checked Steam for updates

    - I ran the System File Checker tool on my PC

    - I performed a clean boot and disabled all startup programs

    - I performed a Memory diagnostic test on my PC


    The crash is 100% coming from the Alien chapter.
