Shelter woods sucks for Dregde
There is little to no lockers on the map meaning they can barely apply pressure on the map or even travel far on it I feel like it should be implemented in the game that extra lockers spawn for Dredge that way they can travel and apply pressure more effectively. Mainly on very open maps such has Shelter woods or Rotten fields. You may ask "Well where should lockers be placed" simple just put some extra rocks or hay whatever the map as and just have it for lockers it's just so Dredge isn't weakened by those kinds of maps.

Dredge spawns extra lockers on any map it appears in. But shelterwoods doesn’t have much structure besides the main area (which was introduced with Skull Merchant) to support lockers.

Nostromo/Tobas/Borgo also are each a bit weak on locker count. Heck, even Garden of Joy is missing the entire center which can't spawn any lockers at all.
I thought they said they added more lockers in general to maps, not specifically when the Killer selects Dredge. I could be mistaken though.

I believe this is the case, when dredge was added maps gained quite a few more lockers. especially at loops that previously had none, like cow tree
tho i dont know if this is the case anymore, with mapreworks or new maps?

They added more lockers in general to some maps, they aren’t Dredge-exclusive.

I think it's hard for them because what's good for one killer can be bad for another. They could add structures for additional lockers, but then ranged killers would be unhappy because there's more tiles and clutter for them to work around. I don't think it's possible for the devs to make every single map friendly for every single killer. I think stealth killers struggle as well on maps like Shelter Woods as survivors can usually spot them a mile away.

Most killers have maps that are rough and maps that are strong based on what they do and what might be good for one killer might be difficult for another. I don't see this as a bad thing. Personally I'd find it boring if every map was essentially equalized.
