Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor in basement
Step 4 : Do not get credit for Buried Underground challenge.

- Add-ons: Cremated Remains, Ultrasonic Sensor
- Map: Cannot Provide
- Frequency of the issue: Happened twice in a row while trying to complete challenge.
